Advantages and disadvantages of the setting systems

The various adjustment systems have no influence whatsoever on the grinding result or the grinding speed and output.

	Funnel rotate: Grinding Chamber easy to open by turning the hopper. Adjustment can be overtightened in the direction of fine and coarse. This gives a wider adjustment range in superfine and supercoarse. However, at the superfine setting, the ground material is heated very strongly, so that the oils contained in it can escape and smear the grindstones. One-handed operation (setting the flour fineness) is only possible with a lot of feeling and practice. Otherwise you have to hold the mill with one hand and turn the hopper with the other.
	Lever push: Comfortable one-hand operation. However, it can happen that the setting of the flour fineness is so strict that you have to hold the mill here as well. Limited adjustment range of the flour fineness (for Mockmill expandable). To open the grinding chamber, several hand movements are necessary. However, this is only relevant if you want to experiment a lot with different types of grains. When used as intended, the grinding chamber normally never needs to be opened.
	Knob turn: One-hand operation, most comfortable and easiest adjustment of the flour fineness. Grinding Chamber easy to open with more or less handles depending on the manufacturer. Limited adjustment range of the flour fineness.
