The special thing: The shape, the wood

In its simple form - reduced to the essentials - it corresponds to the trend of the time. Because of its special properties, alder, formerly used by model makers, has become a big hit in furniture making and, with the Single, now also in mill making. Alder is a wood that is insensitive to climatic fluctuations. It holds its shape very well even under extreme conditions. It does not "work", the expert knows. The grain of the wood is particularly idiosyncratic, as is its light to dark reddish brown. The finely sanded, oiled finish shimmers with a velvety matt.

Can be opened without tools

As with all Haeussler household grinders, the grinding chamber is accessed by unscrewing the hopper, which is also used to set the fineness. Because it is so easy to open, an integrated child safety lock prevents the motor from starting when the hopper is removed or when the gr. chamber is open.
