The classic household grain mill
Its name could not be more apt. Classic and yet a special piece among household grain mills.
The Mill body is galvanised according to traditional carpentry. Even in the high-tech age, this type of corner joint is still the most durable and stable. These prongs also have a very decorative effect and convey a feeling of solidity and durability. Likewise the plain, hard beech wood, it stands for robustness and durability.
100-gram mills are most common in wholemeal households because they are perfectly adequate for the usual wholemeal flour needs. Fittingly in proportion to the value of the housing, a larger grindstone and a more powerful motor have been fitted than in Fidibus 21. This means that the Fidibus CL has more power reserves, which may be needed for heavier than usual use.
So much mill know-how in so little space. The Fidibus series is the result of over 25 years of mill construction: "Omit the superfluous. Doing your best for the essentials." This philosophy can be seen realised in the Fidibus Classic.
