Small mill at a small price
With this fine mill you can grind all types of grain such as barley, green spelt, rye, wheat or spelt. If required, oilseeds can also be ground mixed with grain. The right mixing ratio can be determined by trial and error.
Grindstones
The extremely hard and porous grindstones made of corundum ceramic will provide many years of service without resharpening.
Adjustment
As with all KoMo mills, fine adjustment is ingeniously solved: Simply turn the hopper. There is no need to lock the hopper, thanks to the ribbed turntable. The Gr. Chamber is just as easy to open if the grindstones need to be cleaned. This can happen if, for example, grain has been ground that is too moist and the grindstones are smeared. No problem with Fidibus 21: Simply turn the hopper in the direction of coarse until the hopper can be removed. Without tools, without studying complicated instructions.
New since 2011: All KoMo grain mills with interchangeable grinders
With a few simple steps, you can turn your grain mill into a gluten-free mill or spice mill for pepper, caraway, cloves and the like.
