Demanding

The motor with the 230-volt connection has an output of 360 watts. That is power for intensive continuous use. The robust industrial motor and the safety switches for high power are selected high-quality electrical components with high safety standards. The low heating during grinding protects the ground material; vital substances are preserved and are not "burnt out". The grinding performance is impressive: hawo's Novum grinds 125 g of fine flour per minute for your needs. The grinding quantity increases depending on how coarsely you grind. At the coarsest setting, the grinding capacity increases to around 300 to 350 g/min.

Precise

All hawo's mills owe their precise grinding results to the extremely hard special stones. Extra-large corundum ceramic stones with a diameter of 100 mm work in the grinder. The grinding mechanism is mounted on highly elastic bearings and therefore works pleasantly quietly. hawo's proven grinding technology always allows the same fineness of flour.

Smooth, rounded hopper, without corners and edges. The housing is made of impact-resistant plastic. hawo's Novum is designed for everyday use. The housing made of impact-resistant plastic is the ideal material for a robust mill with a long service life. The roughened finish (mill body) is particularly easy to clean.

Childproof

Accidental switching on with the hopper removed is impossible with hawo's Novum. hawo's Novum consists of only a few parts. The modular design allows easy disassembly and reassembly - without special tools (e.g. for thorough cleaning).

Tranparent

Always see what's what ... hawo's Novum has some special features that set it apart from all other grain mills. For example, the Novum stands on 5 feet, as is known from office chairs for safety reasons. During the grinding process, you can observe the amount of grain in the hopper.
