Everything revolves around the Combi mill Duett. Because it can do everything that wholefood cooking needs: Grinding and flaking. Fine flour for wholemeal cakes, wholemeal flour for bread, coarse meal for fresh grain porridge, flakes for muesli. Everything the wholemeal lover's heart desires is dispensed by the Duett at the touch of a button.

The mill and flaker work one after the other or even simultaneously.

The Duett 100 has the motor (360 watts) and grinder of the Fidibus Classic, the Duett 200 has the motor and grinder of the Fidibus XL In both Duett models, the flaker section contains the same crushing mechanism as in the FlocMan from KoMo.

Open for cleaning

As with the Fidibus Classic and FlocMan, the size chamber and the crusher can be easily accessed without tools. The crusher can be removed completely for basic cleaning in the dishwasher.
