Fine - finer - finest
Flour sifter - sifting attachment with three sieves: fine, medium and coarse
For very fine pastries, sometimes you need really finely sifted flour without large particles of husk. Or you want to sieve out fine particles of shell (semolina) for semolina porridge. The flour and semolina or bran separated are then no longer wholesome in the sense of "wholefoods", but with an otherwise healthy diet with wholesome and fresh foods, your health will certainly not suffer any damage if you also allow yourself sifted flour for special dishes.
Wholefoods (Why a grain mill?) is not a religion that condemns people if they occasionally sin.
Easy to use
The sieve attachment, like the hopper, is turned up to the stop (finest setting) on the mill and wholemeal flour can be finely sieved.
The sieved material (freshly milled wholemeal flour) is filled into the plexiglass hopper and falls out of the outlet as fixed and finely sieved flour. Sieve inserts are included in 3 different mesh sizes. All types of grain can be sieved, from spelt to rice and maize.
