The special plastic bearings in the solid stainless steel plates optimally minimise the frictional forces and the wear of the roller axles and thus ensure consistent flake quality and a long service life of the squeezing unit. The squeezing unit with bevelled steel rollers for optimising pressing can be removed. Lift off the front panel without tools, pull out the hopper ... and you have the squeezing unit ... and put it in the dishwasher when it needs to be cleaned.

The squeeze pressure can be adjusted by removing the front panel (shown in the video below) and turning the adjustment knob.

With a gentle whirring sound, FlocMan easily turns whole oat grains into fine oat flakes. The finish of the compressed grains is as even or smooth as the rollers, which are roughened for even feeding. Similar test results were obtained with the smooth-running flake crusher FlicFloc from KoMo.
