The new (2024) innovative grain flaker from Austria
The first Hand flaker with either left or right hand drive.
The sheltered workshop in Tyrol is once again demonstrating what it can achieve with its employees, people with disabilities, at the highest technical level. After the flour mill "Millenia" as analog and first digital flour mill followed consistently the flake squeeze "Futuria" as electric or hand flocker to fulfill the claim "Everything around Korn".
The result: a flake squeeze for left- and right-handed people
With this flock squeezer, you can determine the direction of rotation yourself without significant effort by attaching the flock squeezer to the table in one direction or the other. To do this, simply remove the crank with bayonet connection and plug it into the desired side.
The Squeeze Mechanism
Behind the removable front panel, which is held with four magnets, is the squeezing mechanism with the two grooved stainless steel rollers. It can be easily pulled out without tools. A small bristle brush is supplied for cleaning.
The Crank
The crank made of stainless steel with wooden handle is quick and easy to mount and also removable thanks to the bayonet connection. Thus, the flock squeezer can be quickly put into operation without the need for force and space-saving with detached crank in the cabinet.
Cleaning
For cleaning the rollers, the crusher can be removed easily and without tools. The front panel is held with magnets and can be removed effortlessly. It's just as easy to pull out the squeezer.
test
Since the crushing mechanism is very similar to that of the Waldner Flaker, the flake result did not surprise us very much: Beautiful, evenly fine oatmeal with the typical notches in the flakes.

Variants
The Futuria M1 is available in three types of wood: beech, pine or walnut.
