Crushing material

The Salzburger Flocker pulls in the crushing material excellently thanks to its extremely grippy rollers. All kinds of things can be crushed, such as oats, spelt, wheat, rye, even the smallest grains such as quinoa, amaranth, linseed or poppy seeds. This makes the grain crusher ideal for preparing organic muesli and fresh grain porridge. Grain-like spices such as pepper, coriander and caraway, as well as finely chopped wood such as liquorice and hyssop, can also be crushed.

Adjustment, pressure

The distance between the rollers can be adjusted as required by turning the wing nuts.

Crushing rollers

The rollers are made of nickel-free stainless steel and have sharp-edged ridges. This ensures that the crushed material is fed in optimally, even very dry seeds and grains without prior moistening or soaking.
