Freshly crush oat flakes and much more yourself and stay flexible!
Flaker for cereals, oilseeds and spices
The handling is very simple. Fill in the desired cereal, crank away - done. Grain mixtures can also be crushed into flakes, e.g. mixtures of grain, linseed and sunflower seeds for the daily organic muesli.
The flaker attachment processes all types of grain such as naked oats (not animal feed oats), wheat, spelt, rye, barley etc.
Oilseeds such as sesame or linseed are also crushed into flakes. However, poppy seeds are unsuitable for this crushing mechanism due to their design. Special poppy seed mills are available for this purpose, e.g. from Jupiter.
Spices such as fennel, caraway or coriander develop their full aroma through crushing.
The hand drive
The manual drive from Messerschmidt is the current-free alternative to motor drives. It is attached stably to table tops or worktops up to a maximum thickness of 55 mm with the enclosed clamp.
Fresh flakes on the go
Thanks to its minimal dimensions, the flat multiplex plate with bayonet connection and a hand crank can easily be stowed in your luggage so that you don't have to do without freshly crushed flakes even when travelling.
Versatile uses
You can also operate the Messerschmidt flaker attachment on an electric motor, e.g. on myJupiter and also on other kitchen machines with the special attachments for KitchenAid and Kenwood or with corresponding adapters
With the Messerschmidt hand drive you can use all other attachments of the Messerschmidt system (grain mill, vegetable grater, meat grinder etc...).
