A desire for fresh wholemeal flour
The very sight of this simple grain mill invites you to grind. The powerful grinding mechanism with conical grindstones made of Naxos basalt in magnesite bond and the mill body made of solid beech look impressive. The large hopper made of brushed stainless steel is the crowning glory of the design and gives an idea of the quantities the mill wants to grind.
Goods to grind
The Country is suitable for grinding all wheat grain-sized and smaller grains at the finest to coarsest setting. Oily seeds can be ground alone at medium to coarse setting, or mixed (1:10) with cereals at fine setting. The best possible degree of fineness is to be determined by trial and error.
Commissioning and operation
Clamp the grain mill to a protruding table edge with the two table clamps. Pour the grain into the hopper and turn the crank clockwise. The grain mill is adjusted so that it grinds the finest possible flour when the pointer is set to 0. The fineness can be adjusted continuously by turning the adjustment knob at the front.

Worth a recommendation. Don't be put off by the packaging though. It should actually be repackaged for shipping.
In the video you can see the previous version of the Country with plastic adjustment unit.
