Operation

The flour fineness is adjusted continuously using the wing screw above the axis of rotation.

Grinding material

All common types of grain, such as oats, wheat, rye, barley, or spelt, can be ground. Hard grains such as corn and chickpeas can also be ground very well, but with increased effort. Oilseeds (poppy seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, etc.), shelled or unshelled sunflower seeds, pine nuts, or nuts cannot be ground.
