Operation

The flour fineness is adjusted continuously using the wing screw above the axis of rotation.

Grinding material

All common types of grain can be processed, such as oats, wheat, rye, barley or spelt, but not oilseeds (poppy seeds, sesame seeds, linseed, etc.), shelled or unshelled sunflower seeds, pine nuts or nuts.
