Grinding and flaking simultaneously or sequentially
Two industrial motors with overload protection drive the Paula combination mill. Both are strong enough to supply a large family with wholemeal flour and wholemeal flakes.
Space-saving
With its small dimensions, it finds its place in the smallest kitchen without having to do without the power of a conventional household mill.
Grinder and motor
The centerpiece of the flour mill, the Mahlstein, is made of corundum ceramic. The grinding stones are self-sharpening and also suitable for coarse crushing of oilseeds. This grinding stone technique combines special hardness with long durability and optimal grinding properties without the use of chemical additives. The correct dimensioning of the grinding stone diameter and engine speed ensures a gentle grinding of the full grain. Cleaning of the easily accessible grinding unit (funnel simply turned off) is not necessary in normal operation.
Flocs squeezer dishwasher safe
The squeeze grain module can be removed for cleaning without tools. The whole module can also be cleaned in the dishwasher if required.
Parental Controls
Parental control is also mandatory for Paula.
It prevents the motor of the grain mill from starting when the grinding chamber is open.
Optimal timber
Pine pine, pine wood or simply called pine, is known from cozy farmhouses. The Austrians also like to use it for mill building because it has a mite-repellent effect due to its ethereal fir smell. Its colorful color ranging from white to red develops over the years to a balanced golden brown. The sometimes very large branches in the wood emphasize the rustic character of this rustic wood.
Interface
The water-based paint on the outside surface makes Paula resistant to mechanical stress and easy to clean. Any dirt can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
